Antonio Citterio

Antonio Citterio is an acclaimed Italian architect and designer known for his sophisticated and timeless designs. Born in 1950 in Meda, Italy, he graduated from the Polytechnic University of Milan in architecture. Citterio has collaborated with prestigious international brands such as B&B Italia, Kartell, Vitra, and Flexform, creating iconic furniture and product designs. His work is characterized by clean lines, elegance, and a deep understanding of materials and craftsmanship. In addition to his product design work, Citterio has also been involved in large-scale architectural projects, including luxury hotels and residential buildings. In 2000, he co-founded the architecture and interior design studio Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel, further expanding his influence in the design world. Citterio has received numerous awards, including multiple Compasso d’Oro honors, solidifying his place as one of the most influential designers of his time.
