Mario Bellini is a renowned Italian architect and designer, celebrated for his impactful work in both industrial design and architecture. Born in Milan in 1935, he has collaborated with prestigious brands like Cassina, B&B Italia, and Olivetti, creating iconic furniture and products. Bellini has won eight Compasso d’Oro awards and has designed architectural landmarks such as the Milan Convention Center and Tokyo Design Center. His work is known for blending modern aesthetics with functionality, and many of his designs are part of the permanent collection at the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) in New York.
