The name Ért, meaning “steep” in the Trentino dialect, draws inspiration from both local tradition and landscape. A Trentino proverb says: “Ama l’ert but teite al pian” – “love mountain peaks, but keep low altitude.” This floor lamp recalls the imposing shapes of the Campanil Alto and Campanil Basso peaks of the Dolomites. Its design develops vertically, evoking the sensation of admiring mountain tops only from below, embodying both natural majesty and sculptural elegance.
