Tabouret Cabanon is a stool in solid natural stained chestnut wood in two dimensions, with a square side. On the two main fronts, there are practical oblong openings to help move it. The dovetail joint system on the corners, on the other hand, emphasises Cassina’s skill in working solid wood.
This piece of furniture was designed in 1952 for the famous Cabanon, Lecò’s French Riviera retreat. The inspiration came from a crate of whisky found abandoned on the beach: the result is an essential seat, a stool made with refined woodworking techniques.
Dimensions: 43 x 43 x H.27 cm
Structure: Catagno tinto naturale
