Monolith charcoal is the highest quality charcoal, 100% natural, without any chemicals. Made from FSC certified trees, our charcoal is produced in modern, environmentally friendly facilities with a controlled autoclave process. In this process, tar and acids are removed from the wood, resulting in a homogeneously carbonized, very high energy charcoal. The 4 – 12 cm dimensioning prevents the charcoal from being positioned too densely in the combustion basket, thus ensuring optimum airflow.

Thanks to the perfect carbonization, the wood coal ignites very quickly and you can reach temperatures of 200 - 250 ° C in 10-15 minutes. With an energy value of 31,700 kJ/kg (7,571 kcal/kg), you get long-term high heat. With the high heat retention feature of the Monolith Kamado Barbecue, you can use it for a long time with a single filling.
