In 1940, Jean Prouvé focused on wood as a material for innovative design, leading to the creation of the Tabouret Solvay stool, produced by Vitra. This stool features a sturdy seat supported by three solid oak legs, connected by a bent sheet metal frame. Inspired by the earlier tropical wood version called “Table Africaine,” the Tabouret Solvay is now also available in natural oak, smoked oak, and American walnut.
Dimensions: Ø35 x H.45 cm
Structure: Oiled American walnut
